I was getting the "Keypad shorted, service may be needed" error on my microwave and was told to purchase this part. i got the cheaper one for $160.09 and it came way faster than expected. This part DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CONTROL BOARD if that is what you're looking for. I simply removed the control board from the old housing and put it into this new housing and the microwave works like a charm.
