Perfect for my kitchen. It's a little more off white than I would have liked, but it still works. I've read the other reviews about assembly difficulty, but I had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago and was able to easily do it by myself in an hour. You just have to organize all the pieces ahead and it's a breeze. Seems sturdy enough. I just love how it looks. Happy to get all my small appliances off the counter and cabinets and in a place that's easy to see and access. I've heard the top scratches easily so I will treat it will something ahead of using it. I think it is priced a bit high, but to find something without wood on the top was worth the extra for me.
