When I fried my microwave I was surprised to find this one. I really like not having to push a big button to open the door. You just pull the door open. Smaller than my last that I never utilized fully. Takes up less room and my stove has a convection setting so I didn't use the convection setting on the old microwave. A beautiful bright red, easy settings and overall, for me a better microwave.It is well-made, of course I'm not an engineer. It is what I wanted. And it looks BETTER than I thought and works quite well. Buy this one.I really love this item. It fits perfect on my baker's rack! It's very roomy inside & so each to use. I recommend this microwave to anyone that has space on their baker's rack. It is however, too large for my counter. I love it!The only downside that I could see is to the microwave is kind of loud would you use itVery decent microwave and I feel like it was priced competitively enough to wait an extra few days for Shipping to Canada. Unfortunately the microwave was delivered 2 days earlier by Canada Post and had to pick it up from the Post Office. I wish I had put my tracking information in the app right away because Amazon has a problem with under promising and over delivering (pun intended). After about 10 breaks my 5'10 self was able to finally get the microwave on the counter and re-heat my grilled bacon and cheese from Tim Hortons. Perfect! I can literally follow instructions in cooking books without having to confirm wattage etc so definitely a win for RCA with this product!Great microwave for an older couple.We purchased this for the in-laws & they love it. A lot faster then their older one and the noise lever was about half.If in the market for a white microwave this is a great buy for the quality.Microwave stopped working after a few months of purchase. There no one on the web sight to help me fix the problem and I have to buy the parts to fix the problem that is all the RCA web sight offers. I have to buy another microwave throw away a brand new RCA microwave. There is no return policy. Very disappointed.After just over a year owning this unit the turntable died. No more rotating food. Unless you feel like stopping it every 15 seconds to manually turn the food, it is landfill.I don't know if I was simply unlucky or if this product is poorly made. I tried using in 2-3 times and returned it in a week because the keypad was defective. It worked or appeared to at first but ultimately I was unable to change power levels from anything but 100%. I did not read reviews prior to buying because the price was right, but most negative reviews said it stopped working in a short period of time. Buy it with caution
