I ordered this for my GE model JES831WB001.My microwave is over 10 years old, and it still works beautifully. One day I just happened to drop the glass tray as I was washing it, and GE wanted to charge me almost $100 for a new turntable. I was super excited to be able to find this one here on Amazon for a fraction of the price, and when it fit perfectly I was beyond ecstatic! I was extremely concerned that I would have to purchase an entire new microwave because I was definitely not spending $100 on a glass turntable for a 10 year old microwave!Thank you for this product! I'd recommend it to anyone!This fits my 13-year old JVM1653SH01 perfectly. It's the identical plate. Amazon said it would fit my model, but this number wasn't listed in the product description so it was hard to be sure. I checked my microwave specifications online and found that I need plate model number WB39X10003. (The GE website listed the wrong size for the plate, so when you research the part, be sure you only look at the actual model number.) Other websites have this part listed for $70, so this one costing less than $30 is a great deal.My GE microwave is 20 years old and so when I broke the turntable I was very irritated. I easily found the replacement I needed on Amazon, it is exactly what I had, and fits perfectly. You should note that I didn't have the model number of the microwave and I identify the correct turntable based on the numbers from the broken plate. So if you ever break your turntable don't throw the pieces away until you have captured the serial number or model number on the turntable itselfThis is a perfect fit for GE Large over the stove microwave. The 22.5 diameter is the size. It’s the middle of the three piece plate that fit wide.I needed a new turntable first microwave. The one from manufacturer of my microwave was outrageous in price ! This fit perfect and was exactly like the one I had. Perfect and price was greatAlthough this is about 1" smaller in diameter than the discontinued original turntable for my microwave, it exactly fits the rotating piece in the center and works perfectly. I thought about getting a less expensive non-GE turntable, but some didn't have the 3 pieces near the center than fit around the center "spindle". This is necessary for the motor to be able to turn the plate. So after reading the reviews talking about ones that didn't fit, I looked at the GE website and decided to go with the one GE recommended for my model. The smaller size doesn't seem to affect the functionality at all.As with most other reviewers, I bought this because my original glass turntable had broken. This one is a little different, but does an adequate job. One of the three wheels does not fit entirely within the smooth glass "rim" on the glass and consequently at times i hear a small "rumbling" sound. This doesn't bother me and doesn't interfere with performance. For the price I would certainly make this purchase again.After I accidentally broke the original plate in my stupid Hotpoint over the range microwave (microwaving a sponge of all things?!), I was not pleased to see what other sites were charging for a replacement. The product is great and it fits the microwave just like the original. I guess it beats spending $150 on a new microwave, but I'm not convinced the plate should be nearly 1/5 the price of a whole new microwave, and I don't care who values this plate at $99, they're insane.
